Test facility
The test facility AGREA operates according to the principles contained in the DL March 17, 1995 No 194 (as amended) on the implementation of Dir 91/414/EEC on the marketing of plant protection products, as well as with the concepts of quality assurance for the correctness of the data applied to field trials on the efficacy of the products , as reported in the November 27, 1996 Interministerial Decree No. 37529th.
Efficacy studies
Experimental evidence of effectiveness are carried out according to the principles of Good Experimental Practice (GEP), as required by the European Plant Protection Organization (EPPO) under the "Guidelines for the Efficacy Evaluation of Plant Protection Products", vol.1 (March 1999), 2 (March 1997), 3 (December 1997), 4 (July 1998) and subsequent updates. In particular, for any test are always followed the guidelines No 181 "Conduct and reporting of Efficacy Evaluation Trials" and No 152 "Design and Analysis of Efficacy Evaluation Trials.
Field studies on the effects on beneficial organisms.
For evidence regarding the side effects of plant protection products on beneficial or non-target organisms, the test facility has as a reference standard methods of the International Organization for Pest (IOBC / WPRS) "Guidelines for testing the effects of pesticides on beneficials: description of test methods "(IOBC / WPRS, 1992), and the document" Guidance document on regulatory testing procedures for pesticides with non-target arthropods (SETAC, 1994) and "Guidelines to Evaluate Side-effects of plant protection products to non-target arthropods (IOBC / WPRS, 2000).
GLP
For the tests conducted according to GLP, the test facility AGREA is based on the guidelines of the OECD: ENV / JM / MONO (99) 22, ENV / MC / CHEM (98) 17, introduced into Italy by DL No.120 of 27-01-92 and subsequent updates. In any case, even for the efficacy trials, all forms is structured as shown in these guidelines.

The company has focused for years AGREA experimental agrarian third parties and is certified by Mi.PAF (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) to officially in Italy to conduct tests aimed at producing and efficacy data on residues of plant protection products on a European registration.

AGREA has developed its own standard operating procedures (SOP), which refer, like the entire organization of the facility, as specified in the DL January 27, 1992 No 120 laying down rules on the implementation of Dir 88/320/EEC and 90/18/EEC with regard to inspection and verification of good laboratory practice and the guidelines of the 'OECD: ENV / JM / MONO (99) 22, ENV / MC / CHEM (98) 17.
